Albany Academy for Girls

Take Route 787 south to the end.
Go straight at the light, crossing Route 9W.
When the road ends at a T, go left onto Second St.
As you cross Delaware Ave., bear right onto Ten Eyck Ave.
Go to the end of Ten Eyck and turn right onto Marwill Ave.
Go straight up the hill.
AAG is on the right.
Parking is easiest in the Jewish Synagogue parking lot.

Amsterdam

Take NYS Thruway west to Amsterdam, exit 27
Go about 1 mile.
Go straight past a police station on your left
Go on to a Stewart’s and make a left onto Bun Street
Follow Bun Street to the middle school at the top of the hill.

Averill Park

At Crystal Lake, take a right on Gettle Road.
School will be on your right.

Ballston Spa

Take I-87 north to exit 12.
Take Route 67 west toward Ballston Spa.
Proceed about 3 miles to the Route 50 intersection.
Go straight across Route 50 onto Ballston Ave.

Lacrosse Field:
The school is on your left.
Take the first entrance to the school and go to back parking lot
Lax fields are behind the baseball and softball fields. The Lax field is not visible from the parking lot.

Track and Athletic Field:
Approximately 1/8 of a mile after the Route 50 intersection, turn left onto Garrett Rd.
The school track and athletic field are on your left.

Berkshire School

From Albany and points west take the NYS Thruway east
to Exit B3 at the Massachusetts border.
Take Route 22 south to Hillsdale, NY.
In Hillsdale, turn left onto Route 23 and travel east towards So. Egremont, Mass.
Five miles after crossing the Mass. state line, turn right onto Route 41 south.
Travel 3 miles.
The entrance to Berkshire School is on the right side of the road.

Berlin

At the junction of Route 22 in Petersburg, take a right at the stop sign.

Bethlehem

Go all the way to the end of this highway (CDTA bus pick up at the end).
Take a right at the end and follow that road until you get to a light (Sunoco on the right).
Take a left and the school will be on the left.

Bishop Gibbons

Take 67 west about 14 miles to the intersection of Routes 147 and 67.
Stay on 67 and go 1.7 miles past the intersection.
Make a righthand turn onto Jersey Hill Rd.
Go 2.1 miles to the first stop sign.
Make a left onto County Highway 45.
Bob's Trees is 1/2 mile on right.

Broadalbin-Perth

Take Exit 27 toward Amsterdam onto North South Arterial (Route 30), toward Route 5S/Route 30N
Continue to follow Route 30 north
Turn right onto Route 29
Turn left onto Broad Street
At the end of Broad Street, take a right onto Bridge Street.
Gym is in the back of the school, where there is a large parking lot.

Burnt Hills

Take I-87 North to Exit 9, Clifton Park.
Take a left onto Route 146 and go a few miles to Route 146A.
Take a right onto 146A and proceed approximately 5 miles.
Go through the village of Ballston Lake, to a blinking yellow light.
At the light, take a left onto Lake Hill Road.
Proceed .8 miles. The high school will be on your right.
Take the first right and drive behind the school to the parking lot. Fields are in back of school.

Burnt Hills/Shenendehowa Boathouse

Take Route 7 west to I-87 (Northway) north to Exit 8A, Grooms Road.
Turn west (left) onto Grooms Road and go approx. 5 miles onto Riverview Road.
Cross Route 146 and continue on Riverview Road another mile through the village of Alplaus.
Turn left onto Maritime Drive and continue straight toward the Mohawk Valley Marine.
At Mohawk Valley marine, bear right, paralleling the Mohawk River.
Continue to boathouse, a few hundred yards on left.
Parking on left in fields prior to boathouse.

Cairo-Durham

From NYC:
Take the NYS Thruway north to Exit 25 (Schenectady), then proceed as indicated below.

From Boston:
Take the Mass Pike (I-90) West to Exit B-1 (Albany/Hudson); continue until you reach the NYS Thruway tollgate; once on the Thruway, take Exit 25 (Schenectady), then proceed as indicated below.

Out of the tollbooth, continue east on I-890 pass exits 9 and 8; take Exit 7 (Route7/Troy/Schenectady); off of the exit ramp, stay straight, passing through 3 lights; At the fourth light (Golf Rd.), make a left; About 1/4 mile in, you will come to a "T" in the road; Make a right at the "T" and ride the skirt of the park for about 1500 yards until you see the official sign "Welcome to Central Park" on your left; Enter here;the tennis courts will be on your right.

Version 2 (No highway, more lights, but a little more direct)

1. Start at 285 Pawling Ave., Troy going towards Myrtle Ave. - go 0.9 mi
2. Turn on Congress Street and go 0.7 mi
3. Turn on 8th Street and go 0.8 mi
4. Turn on Rte. 7 west and go 4.4 mi
5. Take the Rte. 7 west exit and go 1.1 mi
6. Turn on Rte. 7 west and go 8.0 mi
7. After the 8 miles, you come to a fork in the road (bear left on Rte. 7).
Start looking for Golf Road. Make a right onto Golf Road.
8. About 1/4 mile in, you will come to a T in the road; Make a right at the T and ride the skirt of the park for about 1,500 yards until you see the official sign "Welcome to Central Park" on your left.
Enter here; the tennis courts will be on your right.

After about eight miles, you will come to a Hess gas station
at a fork in the road, bear right up the hill, staying on Route 20.
Go part way up the hill and turn right at the school sign.
School is down this road, gym on the right behind other school buildings.

Turn right at Washington Avenue.
Take the third right onto Forbes Avenue.

EWS Boathouse & Race Course

Boathouse
Proceed north on I-787 past the Route 7 interchange (at this point the road is no longer an Interstate, but remains Route 787) toward Cohoes.
Proceed less than a mile to the first traffic light at the intersection of Tibbets Avenue.
Take a right onto Tibbets Avenue.
Proceed through one traffic light, continue approximately 1/4 mile over an old set of railroad tracks.
Immediately upon passing over the railroad tracks take a left onto Cannon Street.
Follow Cannon Street to the dead end (<1 mile).
Silhouette Optical company is on the left (260 Cannon Street); our boathouse is located at the north end of the Silhouette Optical parking lot.
Parking is on either side of Cannon Street.
PLEASE NOTE: The Emma Willard Boathouse location does not offer viewing of the racecourse.  

Crew Race Course:
Crew races on a 1,500 meter race course located on the Hudson River.
Best viewing of the race course is found on the North Troy (east) side of the river.
The start is located at the North Troy public boat launching ramp located on 123rd Street (this site is directly across the river from the entrance to the Erie Canal).
Best viewing of the finish is located from the 112th Street Bridge.
There is a sidewalk on the north side of the bridge directly over the finish line (this is a busy bridge; be very careful of the vehicular traffic).
Viewing of the finish is also available on a limited basis from 113th Street and 114th Street in North Troy.
North Troy is a mixed neighborhood (commercial and residential) and much of the shoreline is privately owned.  Please be sure to view the races only from public property.
It is strongly advised to park on the street.  

Fish Creek

From Troy, take Route 7 and exit onto I-87 North.
Continue North on I-87 to Exit 14.
Take a left at the exit ramp onto Route 9P East toward Saratoga Lake.
Follow signs for the regatta, Lee's Park, and the New York State Boat Launching facility.
The finish line is best seen from the NYS Boat Launching facility.

Go through the traffic light.

Take a right off the exit, travel east.
You will go past one traffic light by the tanning place (Sun City).
At the second traffic light by CVS & Hannaford, take a left onto Western Avenue.
Go to the intersection of Western and Sherman Ave.
(At this point if you go right you can get to Larose, but, you want to take a left and head east on Sherman Avenue.)
Go slowly; the entrance for the Morse Complex is on the right.
There is a green wood sign and that is a one way entrance.
Go around to the end of the parking lot; the building you will see is the restrooms and the concession stand.
The field is off to the left-hand side of the concession building.

Take Route 87 (Northway) north to Exit 18.
Turn right onto Corinth Rd./Main St.
After approx. 1 mile, turn left on Larose St.
School is at the end.

Stay on Route 7 until you enter the town of Hoosick Falls.
Once you arrive in Hoosick Falls, you will see a Stewarts on your right.
Go straight towards Bennington, VT.
Take a right at the double set of lights (antique store as a landmark).
The fields will be 1/8 of a mile down on your right.

Take I-90 East to Exit 12.
Take a right off exit onto Route 9 south.
At the intersection of 9 south and 9H, bear right onto Route 9H.
There will be a sign for the town of Kinderhook. Take a right onto 9 South.
There is one light in the town of Kinderhook. Go straight through the light and take a right onto Rothermel. The road will lead to the park.

School:
Take I-90 East to Exit 12.
Take Rt 9 south to the traffic circle.
Go 3/4 of the way around the circle onto State Farm Road.  
Ichabod Crane HS is on the right, shortly after the circle.

Johnstown High School

Take NYS Thruway (I-90) west to Fonda-Fultonville, Exit 28.
Follow signs for Route 30A.
Go through toll booth to stop sign and take a left.
Take a right over the bridge.
At the T, take a left onto Route 5 west.
Go to light at Stewart’s ice cream shop. Take a right at light onto Route 30A.
Continue on Route 30A into Johnstown.
At S. Melcher Street, turn left onto Melcher Street
Turn left onto West Main Street.
Turn right onto Wright Drive.

Knox Field (Varsity and JV lacrosse)
Take NYS Thruway (I-90) west to Fonda-Fultonville, Exit 28.
Follow signs for Route 30A.
Go through toll booth to stop sign and take a left.
Take a right over the bridge.
At the T, take a left onto Route 5 west.
Go to light at Stewart’s ice cream shop. Take a right at light onto Route 30A.
Continue on Route 30A into Johnstown.
Turn left onto Perry Street.
Knox Field is on your right.

Lansingburgh High School

Take 5th Avenue (runs north-south) in Lansingburgh to 107th street.
Turn onto 107th Street so that you are traveling away from the river (going east) toward the hill.
Go as far as you can... pass by the front of the Knickerbacker Middle School building.
Proceed down around to the back of the high school building into the lower back parking lot.
The field is behind the large new gym that says Lansingburgh on it.
You must walk around the gym to get to the field.

Follow this road to the back.

SOFTBALL:

Played at the Loudonville Fire Department Fields (Shaker Road)
Located on 147 Old Niskayuna Road.
Take Route 378 across the Menands Bridge.
Go all the way up the hill.
At Route 9, bear right onto Old Niskayuna Road/County Rd 152. 
Go 1.7 miles.
St Gregory’s School is on the right, the firehouse is just past the school on the left and the drive to the fields is just past the firehouse.
Turn left into driveway. Parking lot in back.

Take the Taconic Parkway south to Route 44 east, through the village of Millbrook.
The school is approximately seven miles from the village.
Make a left onto Millbrook School Rd. and follow this road to the campus (approx. 1.5 miles in from Route 44).

The school is on the right, about 100 yards down.
(It’s easy to miss, so go slowly.)

Follow Depot Street for approx. three blocks.

JV Field Hockey Playing at Middle School
Take NY 7 East.
Just past Hoosick Falls, at intersection of Routes 279E and NY7/VT9, stay straight and take Route 279E to Bennington.
Go past first exit (North Bennington/Bennington) and get off second exit (Route 7 South) to Bennington.
When you get to the bottom of the hill, Route 7 splits into four lanes. Get in the left hand lane and turn left at the light onto Kocher Drive. Follow to the next light.
Take a left onto East Road (right goes to high school).
Go up to top of hill past Willow Park on the left.
Middle School entrance is up ahead on the right.

New Lebanon

Turn left off the exit ramp onto State Route 8.
Follow State Route 8 under the Northway, and continue for about 1/2 mile.

Go one mile, and at the rotary, turn right onto Lang Road.
Northwest Park is less than a mile ahead on the left.

From the west/Route 5: Take Route 5 through Scotia. Go over the Western Gateway Bridge up State Street (Route 5) a few blocks to Erie Blvd. Turn left onto Erie Blvd. Keep going straight on Erie for a few miles. Shenendehowa Boathouse

From Troy: Route 87N to Exit 8A. Left onto Grooms Road. Follow (becomes Riverview) to second Stewarts. Go straight through light and follow. Make a left at the Mohawk Maritime Center and follow to boathouse.

There will be a charge for spectator parking (at Sectionals). Parking will be available at Bob’s Marina/the boathouse and on the south side of the Rexford Fire Department. Shuttle buses will be available. Spectators and competitors should plan extra time in case they are required to park at Rexford. ALL regatta traffic is to use only Maritime Avenue. Mohawk Avenue is for LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY.

Directions to Rexford Fire Department (if boathouse parking is full): From 87N, take a right onto Grooms Road. Follow as it becomes Riverview Road. At the corner with the second Stewart’s, take a right. Rexford Fire Department is on your left.

From Boathouse/Bob’s to Rexford FD: right off Maritime Ave. Go to light. Turn left; Fire Dept. is on left.

Go to the stop sign and make a right onto Hudson Ave.
The school will be 100 yards on the left at 99 Hudson Ave.
The fields are located behind the school.

Take the second Saratoga Spa Park entrance, a left turn at the light onto the Avenue of the Pines.
